NOWCC receives requests either on Call or WhatsApp or Website following which a cleaning marshal is allocated for the job at mutually agreed time slot. The cleaning marshals execute the job as per SOP provided to them and collect the charges for non subscribed customers digitally.
The cleaning marshals are thoroughly trained professionals who carry out the job only as per SOP provided to them. This as an attempt is an effort to bring in some kind organized approach to a predominantly unorganized sector.
NOWCC concept promotes each individual cleaning marshal to be an enterprise in itself rather than being a mere employ of the company via the franchise route. This connects to the fact that each cleaning marshal in NOWCC is being the business owner in it-self and is a franchisee.
NOWCC earnings come from One time franchise fee, margins on product costs and a 10% royalty from each job done. Further, NOWCC extends and helping hand in arranging funding for the cleaning marshals to take up franchise which costs INR 125,000.00 (Rupees One Lac Twenty Five Thousand Only).
